VDASH-EMU Ultimate Edition Available For Download.

Your favorite virtual racing dash to show game telemetry on your Android or Windows tablet and the 5″ LCD display of your SIM Race LCD has been updated.

The VDASH-EMU app (for Android and Windows) in its ULTIMATE EDITION contains many high quality templates and all popular textures packs ready to use. SLIMax Manager Pro version 3.4.6.7h or greater is required.

Since December 2022 the software license is almost free. You can make a simple donation of any amount to EKSIMRacing foundation to get your license (check EKSIMRacing website for more info).

New Maintenance update of SLIMax VDASH-EMU (v1-1.38) is available today (2021-08-31)

VDASH-EMU is the 2nd generation of my virtual racing dash emulator, powerful enough to simulate almost all real racing dash. It’s available for Android, Windows and a special version is bundled with the SIM Display SIM Race LCD.

Changelog 2021-08:
easy way to lock/unlock page using the lock/unlock icon in status bar,
locking page prevent to change to next or previous page on sliding gesture

new object ON / OFF / ON switch added,

other changes in no particular order:
improvements to the UI (selection / deselection), click the background to deselect all objects,
status bar info optimized,
file browser improved,
flag object is showed up after creation,
merge template is fixed,
resizing group with gesture has been improved,
button has been redesigned (more close to real push-button),
encoder improved (fluid and continuous gesture, slide up/down to increase/decrease value),
a significant performance boost for the inputs,
minor bugs fixed.

VDASH-EMU v1.1-38 Custom ButtonBox

NEW Alternative build of SLIMax Mgr Pro without Native Fanatec Support

Hi,

Now Fanatec have its “in-house” and official tool to manage Fanatec hardware I built a new Alternative version of SLIMax Mgr Pro without the native support of Fanatec hardware. The new build is optimized and doesn’t load any library from Fanatec SDK. All Fanatec features are removed. You have now the choice to run SLIMax Manager with or without the native support.

As usual “Check For Update” to get this additional optimized version. After the update simply go to the SLIMax Manager Pro program directory and run SLIMaxMgrProNoFanatec64.exe app (create a shortcut of the app on your desktop if needed). This is useful if don’t have a Fanatec steering wheel or CSP pedals set or want to use the official Fanatec tool in addition to SLIMax Mgr Pro.

A new version of VDASH-EMU IS OUT! (2019-09-09)

Latest version 1.1-34b of VDASH-EMU is a major version and a recommended update.

 

Changelog:

– another big optimization of the code
– bigger buttons on the Editbar
– open and close the EditBar with the Editbar icon (on topleft icon)
– NEW MENU: Align Left, Align Bottom and Distributed Horizontally and Vertically
these functions align automatically the selected objects or balance (distribute) the space between objects
– NEW Align & Distrib icons on EditBar
– Objects selection colors improved with: First=Cyan; Mid=Blue; Last=Purple
– EVAL Visibility now displays the telemetry value when visible (and not just “1”)
– Set Template… menu is now renamed Load Template…
– size of properties dialog of objects reviewed and fixed
– RPM Values can be typed in RPM LED/RPM Circle object properties dialog in addition to sliders
– [added] Font type has been added in advanced properties of SurfaceFlag object (see the screenshot)
– and other minor fixes
