New Maintenance update of SLIMax VDASH-EMU (v1-1.38) is available today (2021-08-31)

VDASH-EMU is the 2nd generation of my virtual racing dash emulator, powerful enough to simulate almost all real racing dash. It’s available for Android, Windows and a special version is bundled with the SIM Display SIM Race LCD.
Visit EKSIMRacing website to download your version (green for Android, blue for Windows and Purple for SIM Race LCD usb device).

Changelog 2021-08:
easy way to lock/unlock page using the lock/unlock icon in status bar,
locking page prevent to change to next or previous page on sliding gesture

new object ON / OFF / ON switch added,

other changes in no particular order:
improvements to the UI (selection / deselection), click the background to deselect all objects,
status bar info optimized,
file browser improved,
flag object is showed up after creation,
merge template is fixed,
resizing group with gesture has been improved,
button has been redesigned (more close to real push-button),
encoder improved (fluid and continuous gesture, slide up/down to increase/decrease value),
a significant performance boost for the inputs,
minor bugs fixed.

[Racing Dash] Drivetrain Time New Template for VDASH-EMU Available Today!

Hi,

I built for you a new racing dash display template for VDASH-EMU – Drivetrain Time. Hope you like it!

Preview Drivetrain Time Template

This virtual racing dash is available today for your large tablet or PC monitor and includes a lot of features.

ALL telemetry values in this template ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN ALL SIMULATIONS OR GAMES. This is obvious but need to be mentioned.

It requires VDASH-EMU 1.1-37 or greater, PLEASE UPDATE your VDASH-EMU (and SLIMax Mgr Pro) BEFORE using this template.

The template is mainly focused on tires and temp states on left side and fuel, lap, sectors, gap with leader, front or behind car and real delta time on right side. A feedback have been added for pit limiter, low fuel, engine warning, Yellow and Blue flags, Traction Control (with TC level), ABS (with ABS level), Brake bias and more…

Outstanding feature in this template:
PREDICTIVE laptime
Points out in real time if you’re faster or slower than last laptime at the same position. Very useful to adjust your driving to improve your PB.

INSTALLATION:

– extract zip
– copy/paste folder “Alpine_A110_Cup_GT4” into your vdash_template directory
– open an empty page on VDASH-EMU, choose Load Template menu, browse “Alpine_A110_Cup_GT4” folder and select “Alpine_A110.json”

On Windows you can drag&drop the entire folder “Alpine_A110_Cup_GT4” onto an empty page of VDASH-EMU to install and load the template automatically
