[INSIGHT] Fanatec Brightness of FLAG LED

Hi,
Currently on Fanatec devices brightness of FLAG LED can’t be used with custom RGB colors due to a limitation of the Fanatec SDK. Only a bunch of colors are allowed (see the image below).

However, the full support of custom RGB LED colors of Fanatec FLAG LEDs and soon the BMW M4 GT3 Wheel input LEDs is already implemented in SLIMax Manager Pro but NOT yet released,

SLIMax Manager Pro uses the latest v4.05 SDK but I’m still waiting for a new Fanatec SDK and hope it will support brightness with custom colors before releasing this cool feature…

SLIMax Manager Pro Has Been Updated, version v3.4.6.7i (2022-10-31) is available for download. Check For Update to get the latest software.

the User Interface (UI) has been completely refined for a better user experience in Windows 11 and 10 (still compatible with Windows 7 SP1),

*RGB Buttons of BMW M4 GT3 will be supported as soon as the feature is implemented in Fanatec SDK, if you still want to use the old CSW Base v1 with SLIMax Mgr Pro (which is not recommended), contact us.

okay, don’t worry, here’s some cool stuff for you!
go to your kitchen (i.e. garage)
and prepare the diner (i.e. make a hardcore pedals set mod).

first, rummage through getting some broken, not functioning, unreliable, soft like “caramel custard” (flanby) parts from your old G25/27, T3PA Pro, CSP V1/V2, CSL Elite,…

then do your magical mix!

adding some screws, nuts, washers, a bit of elbow grease as usual in DIY project!, also a bit of 3D printing and after some hard work, feel happy like a teen getting his first date and get a pretty decent pedals set:
